At SAS Institute I worked as a User Experience Design Intern on a large team of UX designers from varying backgrounds: from political science to fine arts and computer science. During my internship I designed solutions that would allow for better integration of contextual editing and direct manipulation opportunities in SAS Visual Analytics.
In addition to my work with Visual Analytics, I also helped administer a design research workshop for high schoolers with visual impairments, designed a printed publication of short stories written by SAS employees, participated in many user research interviews for other SAS products, and helped design a poster for a data visualization conference that my team competed in.
Due to the proprietary nature of the work created for SAS Institute, I cannot share my designs on my website. Portfolio samples are available upon request.

Below is an example of a report being created in SAS Visual Analytics.
